Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. Please read our return policy carefully:

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us at fayraclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Address

The return address is set by default to our production partner’s facility. When a returned shipment is received, you’ll be notified by email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

  • If the courier considers the shipping address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Shipments that go unclaimed will also be returned to the facility, and reshipment costs will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., face masks or sealed personal care items).

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

  • Color variations, slight differences in print placement, or minor discrepancies due to the print-on-demand process are not considered defects and will not qualify for returns or refunds.

If you would like to offer a size exchange or return, please note that it would require placing a new order at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit (after claim verification). Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • FAYRA Clothing Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • FAYRA Clothing Company is not liable for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper washing, handling, or wear and tear of products. Please follow care instructions to ensure product longevity.

  • By placing an order, you agree that FAYRA Clothing Company’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our site at the time of purchase applies.
